howdy johnny i approved your ini, but a few notes here.

it looks like you copied a good chunk from my bard ini, but a few things that are wrong here.

DPS11=command:Malvus's Chant of Poison Rk. III|99|Cond13 this is invalid. command needs to be something like command:/sit or command:/cast "Malvus's Chant of Poison"

you have several ranks hard coded here, you don't need to provide ranks

DPS23=Yelinak's Chant of Frost Rk. III|99|weave|Cond18 - this isn't a weave ability

This argument is used to "weave" in non-cooldown timer based spells/clickies while cooldown spells refresh. It is a way for you to add DPS from things like instant click nuke items, summoned clicky nuke items from mages/necros/quests. Use the |weave tag on the spell/item clicky that isn't effected by spell GCD.

you have rezzing turned off - would definitely ensure you point that out if it is on purpose
