Config - Bandolier Help

Hey All,
I'll be honest I never used Bandolier in all of my EQ experience, so a bit of a noob at it. I was wondering for tanking with KA how do this....(as a condition?) Besides setting that up in KA would I need to set up anything in EQ itself for the bandolier?

Tank with 1 mob, switch to 2 hander
Tank with 2 or more mobs, switch to 1h and shield
Tank with name, switch to 1h and shield

This is an example:
First one is if i have less than 3 xtargets and my target is not named and i don't have the 2hander buff, activate my bandolier named 2Hand
Second one is if my xtarget has more than 1 or target is named, AND i don't have a shield equipped, activate my bandolier named Shield

Cond16=${Me.XTarget} < 3 && !${Target.Named} && !${Me.Buff[Two-Handed Proficiency].ID}

DPS3=command:/bandolier activate Shield|100|Cond21
Cond26=(${Me.XTarget} > 1 || ${Target.Named}) && !${InvSlot[14].Item.Type.Equal[Shield]}

How can you add a condition to check for slows in addition to this?

Is there a similar way to use bandolier for pulling in KA? My warrior is set as pullertank and I'd like to use throwing knives (or bow) to pull but switch to ranged haste item for fighting.
