The p99 wiki is very useful. Spell info is wrong but recomended quests and gear are there for each class including noob xp quests and class sepcific quests

As a side note to that website because I didn't realize it at first, you can click on the spell name and another drop down will open up telling you the name of the npc who sells the spell. Then just /target it and be on your way!

The only I wish that URL would provide is the spells that can be researched. Also, for crafting etc, the P99 Wiki has good information on what can and cant be made etc.
