MercAssistAt=92Need one for casters, pulling or mana-regen instead? I have different ini's for various bard group set-ups. I think there is also a groupmana check bug, so group regens will fire constantly instead of waiting for the group to need the regen.
105 Bard - Mezzes, does melee buffs and max endurance regen. Also gives your tank the big AC song. Uses all the shorter cooldown abilities in DPS and saves the longer ones for Burn. This one doesn't slow, but you can add that into the DPS section if needed.
Insult - If you don't have the Troubadour's Synergy AA line, you can drop this song nuke for something else.
Boastful Bellow - I found this too much of a drain to run constantly, so I sing it once on Named and that's it.

Is your DPS casters or melee? Mix? The song choice for twist has to cater to the DPS types.
So for a mixed DPS group, you'll have to pick and choose the MeleeTwistWhat songs to fit your exact group makeup. Since you have the enchanter you can turn off the Mez section and replace those two mez songs with nuker buffs.

For melee
For caster groups
Downtime mana/end regen - Run these in the regular Twist/buff section for recovery. All stack
For casters, you can add group mana checks to the buffs section too:

- Aria of Maetanrus - 25% Melee overhaste + 45% spells dmg boost, adds to flurry % and pet flurry%
- Arcane Melody - Adds a DD proc to melee hits and spell casts
- Dichotomic Psalm - Big mana/end regen, boosts nukes and melee hits. Drains the bard and has long cooldown, not for twist, more for Burn or recovery.
- Fjilnauk's Spiteful Lyric - (optional) Adds big AC and agro boost. Great for tank.
- Pulse of Sionachie - (optional) Group mana/end regen and boosts healing spells.
- Insults - (optional) If you have the AA, these bard nukes will give the group a large DD proc on next spell/ability.
For melee
- War March of Jocelyn - 60% haste, STR/ATK/DS, adds 39% to min melee dmg, 4% to skill dmg.
- Fjilnauk's Song of Suffering - 7k DD proc to melee strikes
- Endur regen - (optional) Sing during melee if you're chainpulling: Pulse of Sionachie & Chorus of Sionachie
For caster groups
- Fatesong of Jocelyn - Adds DD proc to Cold nukes
- Horthin's Psalm of Potency - Adds dmg to Magic/Fire dots
- Nilsara's Aria - Adds DD proc to Fire nukes
- Chants - (optional) These are bard dots that reduce the mobs resist to one type of nuke.
Downtime mana/end regen - Run these in the regular Twist/buff section for recovery. All stack
- Aura of Sionachie - Pulse regen aura
- Pulse of Sionachie - Group regen (your best regen if you are only running one)
- Chorus of Sionachie - AE regen
- Silisia's Lively Crescendo - Pulse regen with long recast, use as Buff instead of twisting
- Dichotomic Psalm - Big regen, but does drain bard.
- Rally Call/Solo - AA's I find are best for rez recovery, but can be used in downtime for quick boost to one toon. Solo is only regen that helps the Bard.
For casters, you can add group mana checks to the buffs section too:

I tried using this. The tank is the puller and the bard insists on following the tank out to pull. For the life of me I can't get him to stay in camp.
Are you using /chase or any other auto-follow option? With returntocamp=1 on, this ini should make the bard return to his starting spot every time the camp is clear.
That is strange and I haven't run into that specific issue.
I have had the bard "creep" out from camp if you turn off returntocamp. The bard fights mob, stays put, on next pull the bard song gets aggro and the tank has to fight it a little farther out, bard then parks farther out and song aggro repeats until tank is fighting pretty far out. This was a Warrior with bow pulls, so the War had low agro on pull. On SK tank I didn't have song issues.
How far out is the bard running? A long ways, like beyond heal range? Does the MQ2 window give any indication of what the bard is trying to do during the follow? Is the bard trying to sing/cast or get a target? Maybe trying to land a buff or something?
You could try changing the Selo's buff to self target and see if he stops.
