any way to get a ini of a cleric casting DS and heals with out the MI heal that makes you nuke i have tried everything and its like it doesnt do any change

If I understand right... You just have to delete the line in your INI...
Heals22=Atoned Intervention|99|MA|

After that he should not cast Atoned intervention anymore... You can also switch spells then in the INI to auto mem another spell...
