Ok, I dont know alot about anguish. I know two things for access.

1. You need to do the MPG Raid trials
2. You need to do the signet quest.

My question is which one allows you to actually get the instance? Signets? Or raid trials? I would like to get in with my 6 man group, however. We cant even start the raid trials with 6. Can just doing the signets get you in?

The raid trials (OR the completed piece from any of the loot-named) allow you to spawn the instance.

The completed signets allow you to zone in.

Signets let you get in. Trials are for the pieces of the pie. Get your sigs and then get in and loot a full pie while inside and you're gtg.

But with just signets I cant spawn the instance right? I would have to do the raid trials then right?
