[Granditos]

Created a whole new warrior ini that does its best to keep dmg mitigation abilities up and when things are decently safe switch to DPS abilities. Need DW and Shield bandolier settings.

I commented each section to make it easier understand from both a DPS point of view and conditions. It also allows for quicker editing of conditions.

Please let me know what you think. Open to all suggestions and improvements.

Edit: the ini is up-to-date for the recent test changes to charge/vehement/etc.
