all attuneable no trade methods nerfed? (1 Viewer)

I know they did some more nerfing on this lastest patch. Can anyone confirm that all methods of making attuneable items tradeable again? I can confirm the npc in NC no longer works. Tried it tonight with multiple different items and all still No Trade.

I read someplace that all those were nerfed, i think on the SOE pages.

Teacher's Pet said they had a list of mobs that did that that they were not going to publicise, so they dont get nerfed. but that was before the nerfage, so i dont know if all are nerfed...

The first and only one I knew about before the NC one came public was in Qvic. Have not been to visit him recently, but was most likly nerfed as well. I believe It was a general error for most quest NPCs that required a turn-in... I believe when SoE fixed one, they fixed them all!

According to another post, TP said all of the NPCs on his "list" were nerfed as well.
