AFK Bot Macro (1 Viewer)

Curious, sorta as www.wowglider.com does for WoW, is their a macro that will allow you to afk "bot" your soloing toon? I've noticed many macros are for the group makeup and I'm looking for a macro that perhaps would allow a mage to solo, completely based on the macro running (ie without commands given during the bot session).
