When I run the Bard Macro, afk or not - I don't like running in circles - I use AutoFire program, from Ranger Glade, to Forage while I kite. This keeps food and drink in good supply.
What I do is, I setup my autofire to 60000 milliseconds (1 minute) and make a hotkey ingame that looks like this.
/twist stop
/pause 10, /doability 2 (Forage)
/pause 10, /keypress 5 (J-Boots)
/twist
/autoinventory
Now the biggest advantage is not running out of food or drink, but if you're kiting a DoN/OoW/GoD zone AND foraging those nice selling items, then you're scoring in more ways than one!
Also, if you don't already know, you MUST have EQ in windowed mode (pretty sure) for AutoFire to be active.
Note: I highly suggest J-Boots for those without Run3 AA. This will sometimes kill your Selo's and that could be bad, if you're under 49 and don't have the 2 minute Selo song.
