How does Burn work? can i toggle it from 1 toon?

there are some cases where i want to kill kiss assist on all of my toons, how would i go about doing that?

is there a way i can buff on command and not have it auto buff?

is there a way i can debuff all mobs in camp (slow, malo) instead of them focusing on 1 target until its dead?

is there a way i can have my bard not melee but Mez adds?

can i see dps of each toon in 1 window?

How does Burn work? can i toggle it from 1 toon?

• It runs a special "burn" series of spells/abilities for either all named or certain named (if you add them to your ini file.) Or it waits for a certain text trigger from any character. See the options in KissAssist instructions.

• Typing /endmac will end all running macros on that toon. If you want to shut off multiple toons, you need to set up the EQBCS server that will broadcast commands between characters. It is included with Vanilla and fairly easy to setup.

• Yes, but you may need to use a different buffing macro.

is there a way i can debuff all mobs in camp (slow, malo) instead of them focusing on 1 target until its dead?

• Yes, see the DebuffAllOn option in the DPS section of your KA ini file.

is there a way i can have my bard not melee but Mez adds?

• MeleeOn=0 in the melee section of bard if you want him to never melee and just sing/cast. Otherwise just make sure your Mez section is set up with the correct mez spells and settings, then the bard will stop melee to do mezzing when needed.

can i see dps of each toon in 1 window?

• There is a plugin MQ2DPS that makes a DPS window for your group. Requires a little setup on each toon.

everything but the burn on command is correct unless mask changed it, the burn can only be triggered via an /echo burntriggerphrase for each toon

KISS technically will not run via commands sent from anyone but itself

MeleeOn=0 in the melee section of bard if you want him to never melee and just sing/cast. Otherwise just make sure your Mez section is set up with the correct mez spells and settings, then the bard will stop melee to do mezzing when needed.


Just a note, I've found that my cc'ers on KISS will not mez unless there is some sort of DPS option. (ala, my chanter won't mez unless I have them casting something for DPS/debuff) Haven't fully tested this with my bard to see if she'll mez even while not meleeing.
