First it am writing a Druid macro and I want it to stop nuking when mob is at 10% health and I'm not sure how to write the if statement

/if ({Target.PctHPs} >= 10) {

is what I have but its not right maybe you can help me out.

Also I want to know how I can set something up so it will assist who ever the main tank is right now it is just setup to assist my regular tank
