MacroQuest (core) - downloading and set up

I am on a windows PC, all i can find to download is mac files. my PC will not open mac files??
what do i need to do to install kissassist?

I can see how you might be confused. The .mac stands for Macro, not mac as it relates to the PC operating system.
Kissassist is a macro, therefore it's a .mac
Once you've started macroquest and got in game, try /mac kissassist

That should start the macro.

Yes, Macroquest runs the file. Not windows. When you are in game you need to type /mac kissassist
A .mac file in this context is just a text file with the code in it. Macroquest can read the file. But you need to open it in game with the command as I mentioned.

Ahh, valid point. They don't appear to have even downloaded VV this year at all. So likely they don't have MQ installed at all.

Edit, seems they got the launcher and downloaded VV now.
