Your missing out on the Heart of AA line for your burns.. Heart of Flames doesnt stack with Fickle Fires proc, but 50% more DD while its proc isnt up cant hurt anyone.

Your also still wanting to use Bolt, you could make a condition to fire it like
Fickle Fire|99|cond1
Bolt of Jerikor|98|cond2
