I will be maintaining this .ini through the life of my time on this progression server.

Version 1.0 3/29/19 - Initial Release

- Updated through DoDH

-Main objective of .ini is to maximize dps while conserving mana.

Issues
Fixed an issue with MQ2Melee not showing the flags. Can now copy and paste directly into MQ2Melee and will work as is.
