2 week subscription?

I paid for a 1 month sub on June 16, but it only lasted to the end of June, about 2 weeks. My last logon was June 27, and I didn't try again until today, so I can't say for sure when I lost access. That doesn't seem right, though. Can I please get 2 more weeks?
