Question - 2 Questions One about pulling and another about installing on laptop.

Greetings folks,
These two questions are likely already answered but not sure how I would word a search for them so Ill ask them here.
1) Will my SK Tank prioritize named mobs within his pull radius if it spawns? I am farming Dex augs at a camp and the named can spawn kinda in 3 spots but the 'tank puller' radius has the correct spawn areas all covered.

2) I normally play on my desktop which I built a few years ago. Its specifically for gaming with a GTX 1070 (old but good) and 32 gigs of ram.
I am going to start a new job and the classes require me to be out of town. I was going to install EQ on my laptop and wanted to know if MQ and my plugins require another paid sub or if I am ok to install on another device? Kinda 3rd question but is there a minimum amount of ram needed to run a group of six for the laptop?

I am not sur for priority pulling, but put Named first on Mobs to pull list may do the job.
Past day, i was playing with my account on another location for show a friend how MQ2 work. I got a message about a "suspicious use" of my account, but not a big deal i think if you do not play at same time at different place.
Instead of installing EQ, you can just copy/past your EQ folder on your 2nd computer.

i run 6 on my laptop with 16g ram - i-7 2.6oGHz and and nvida 620 -- if i can do it you can too

As far pulling named first - there is no good way i know of

1. We pull whatever matches our pull stuff first, we're not going to skip past stuff because a named is up.

2. As long as it is your device with you using, that is totally fine
