Thanks for the Pally COV INI. I'm playing around with it, using the original INI you posted on 4/13. That one works pretty well. When I tried the latest version (7/16), I'm getting an error message when loading it via KA. It's aborting on these two DPS lines:

DPS29=Stormwall Stance
DPS30=Confluent Blessing|Me

The error message is basically saying it is "looking for a numeric value". Should it read DPS29=Stormwall Stance|99 ? I'm not sure why this is in the DPS area at all but I'm far from an expert.

OK so I researched this a bit and if you use this KA you will need to correct the syntax a bit on a few items:

Heals13=Stormwall Stance|Me
DPS29=Stormwall Stance
DPS30=Confluent Blessing|Me
DPS31=Command:/bandolier activate Tank|Cond24
