would also suggest (but obviously a personal preference and not telling you what to do) to use dpson=2 - especially considering how you have everything set for health wise.

I appreciate the catch, I fixed DPS19 (I was the last one I had added).
I've never played with DPS=2, so let me fiddle with it here in the next few days/weeks to see if there is a performance/DPS difference. I'll make the change and re-order the DPS section based on test results.

DPSOn	0	0/1/2	0/1/2- =0 is Off, =1 is On and cast normally by mob % health, =2 is absolute descending order using mob health % tag as order control. This will cast every spell with a health tag. This Prevents skipping spells that may occur when mobs die too fast. When set to 2, Mob HP % is only used to prioritize cast spell order
