Roar of the Lion 6 > Dissident Roar 1-4
Slows always

Noticed a few of the healer and other shaman INI's werent consistently slowing and kept dieing cus of only having slow belt proc or Incapacity proc - ty SA_Krycek for the slow portion from his INI
