OK, I've been on MQ2 and KA for about a month now. I've learned an incredible amount by reading other people's INI files. Here's what I've come up with for my Enchanter

Is there a reason you have 5 conditions that are all the same? Does having one condition with ${Target.Named} and all the spells that need that condition, point to it not work as well as giving multiple separate conditions?

it is likely due to habits based on how conditions worked back many years ago where each dps entry had a single condition value

it is not needed these days, several things in this ini are not needed

I scanned all the DPS and most of them are items/AA or have conditions to only cast on named mobs. Are you not killing any named and expecting more dps action and didn't see all the named-only conditions?

So first you have to check if you have the same item and even then I'm not sure they are input right like Calcified Rage which casts Nefarious Sylvan's Iniquity III so that might need a |dual| but in dps, it might just revert to the items recast time not you recasting so not sure. I don't what cloth cap it uses but probably the one that casts Veeshan's Swarm
The first DPS is an AA so you have to make sure you have that AA then it may also need a Strip tag - is used for dispelling beneficial buffs from mobs. but the |once tag probably means you wouldn't need Strip cause I think that is just to keep checking if it still has beneficial buffs remaining and there are some other items like Miniature Horn of Unity which should work if you have it.

The only other thing that may be an issue is he has rk2 rk3 spells in the spell list but only calls the first version; I think it casts the highest you have so that should work too.
