105 Paladin - 105 Pal with AAs - Tier 1 EoK

This is my 105 Paladin (Tank / Puller Tank) that I use in EoK.

Notes:
Doesn't use any Aegolism or Mark spells since a cleric is in the group.
Pulling Radius varies depending on location.

For discs/things that don't need a target, I would use |tap or |Mob rather than |Me. This will prevent targeting yourself when you use certain spells/discs/aa.

Heals

Replaced "Wave of Grief" (3 second group heal), with "Grief" (.25 second self heal).
Removed some slower equipment heals.
The Paladin less time healing & more time attacking.
Formatted order of fields to the current template.
