fixed bank buttons and error

Updated for Jan 13th and later EQ Build
- if you use this on live before live is updated to the Jan 13th build it will error
- this is currently updated for *test*

- 1M+ hps now display with room
- adjusted some stat layouts to "look" better

updated to include Sell Cash Loot on mechant window

I'm not sure what the deal is with the current EQ find item window needing a seemingly blank "L" column and another entirely blank column - but this corrects not being able to see location and stat

Kaen updated our zliz to include the new changes

- updated inv window

- bag slot adjustment for colors
-- if you're using mqitemcolor check out turning on the "glow" texture in the itemcolor settings
