There will be an ini file generated in your config folder, called mission_sorwaxwork_character that you can edit to control the behavior. Here are some of the settings you can change:

Automation = 'CWTN' => Automation method, 'CWTN' for the CWTN plugins, 'rgmercs' for the rgmercs lua automation, 'KA' for KissAssist. KissAssist and RGMercs lua are not supported currently, but should get added later on
PreManaCheck = false => Set to false if you do not want to pause at the beginning to wait on full hp/mana/endurance. Default is false
Burn = true => Default is true. Set to false if you are killing too fast to handle the adds.
OpenChest = false => Default is false. Set to true if you want to open the chest automatically at the end of the mission run.
WriteCharacterIni = true => Write/read character specific ini file to be able to run different groups with different parameters. This must be changed in this section of code to take effect
