Set Social Keys -- Now with INIS!

Set social keys now has an ini-based configuration system and a bind-command interface when starting up. It will no longer, by default on startup, re-write all the hotkeys.

You'll need to download the 'inc' and the 'mac'.

Type /mac SetSocialKeys to start
Type /ssk to see the command structure.
Type /ssk help to see settings.

NOTE: INI CONFIGURATION WILL STORE CHARACTER NAMES -- DON'T SHARE YOUR INI OR POST ON RG (YOU SHOULDN'T NEED TO).

Fixed Dannet message tell syntax.
Fixed syntax errors with a number of hotkeys related to direct tells.
Added hotkeys for using IHC.
Fixed a few place holders for future social key ideas.
