more location updates

more location updates , was missing an update so massaged it a bit.

Dead NPCs and Roaming NPCs update

Updated a couple of locations to be static instead of relying on ambulating NPCs or NPCs that met the end of a blade.

More location tweaks.

Updated some locations that were not registering for task updates.

Delay tweaks and location changes.

Changed the location of the navigation for the last painting, it was not working before.

Changed delay to wait for an update.

Added a pop-up for information, added run time information.
