- disallow loading a ini value for BuffSpellGem that you don't have access to
- - this could happen from manually editing your ini file
- - or from a persona that would have had access to a different amount of spell gems
- corrected issue where changing your gem would incorrectly tell you it is invalid
- corrected an issue where changing your buffgem wouldnt' correctly save
