- - if you're usecharm then we assume you want a charm pet, and probably don't want to wait for a bigger pull
- if your last charm pet is too far away or you dont have los, we're gonna find you a new one

- will no longer get in an overwriting competition for regen songs in the 58-64 level range

- fixed selo check that got flipped

added additional debug for mezzing

- corrected some times where we wouldn't do our downtime stuff while pulling

- expanded previous epic clicky adjustment to other clickies
- - this helps a scenario where an item is still "casting" despite not actually casting

- Adjustment to ensure eq has time to apply the buff from our epic
