Added Clickies from Heroic Gear, added and tweaked some AA's to the list and generally improved performance.
Still do not have the Debuffall option enabled. Through multiple iterations and attempts I found that it was debuffing in preference to mezzing, and I was getting wipes because the chanter was too busy making the mobs softer instead of locking them down before they made the tank squishy goo.
I've been running this with my all 85 group taking down whites and yellows, and fequently 2-6 at a time. I've had lots of deaths while testing, granted, but in general this chanter profile does a fantastic job of keeping the mobs out of the fight and supporting the group.
