MQNext - Latest Entropy Version - Tutorial Group Setup

I created a fresh group on a live server and wrote these setup notes using that as the basis. Everything was written using latest version of MQNext and Entropy as of June 9, 2021.

This should get a new user from char creation -> an exp camp at crescent reach with a tank / healer / melee dps and puller
