Skills up your swimming, if started under water will re-surface you, can be buggy when started from land or from deep underwater. this is a first draft, hopefully will be patched soon. (version one, uber buggy, did resurface you, version 2 does not bring you to the surface of water, however it has a more stable swim cycle and land detection. must be started on the surface of the water.)
