Default behavior to stop script when at full AA (225)

Use parameter 'ignoreaa' to bypass

This stops when AA count is at 225, to prevent loss of any AA.

Added Delay Between Quest Claims

By default, each hand-in will have a random 1-3 second pause between each quest claim. Doing a full set of quests didn't take more than 2 minutes or so.

The delay can be bypassed with:
/mac primalspirits nodelay
