None of the guides linked have been updated for ToV, so it's safe to assume that beyond spell consolidations/removals, not much has changed from a "core gameplay" perspective.
One change worth noting, however, is that Bard's now have Tune Stuck in your head as a baseline passive, rather than an activated buff. This means you can effectively twist additional 1-2 songs now, so load up those insults/dots for free dps/synergy procs on your group.
