For EMUs, EasyFind is not a normal working function, but can be solved by clicking Ignore Zone Connection Data in the EasyFind UI. This is a necessary thing anyways for EMU players that would like to /travelto. Thank you to Hytiek.
If your ZoneConnections are not working, ask on your server for the correct info or build the file. On Shelter of the Banned, many of us work together to build a nice working file.
