Apologies - I haven't been able to EQ for over a month. Current version has a key quest that works.

There's code for my first pass, but not good, for the mission, so it's not enabled.
If anyone has one that works, or wants to fix/finish mine - I'll update and post here officially.
Major thanks to Cannonballdex who did most of Void and all of the Everfrost updates.
- Added Void key and mission events
 - Update Everfrost key mission - getting into and out of the ice hole
 
Have still not seen failures in other missions.
- Improved use of tower teleporters vs. running up/down floors
 - Added delay on group zoning to (hopefully) prevent chars from failing to unpause
 - Oasis of Fire
 
- Added log to maybe help identify some reported issues.

Oasis of Fear still bugs out approx. 50% of the time, unrelated to the script that I can tell.

NOTE: If you have any mission failures, a screen shot of the mission steps would be handy. Some of these have variants that appear.
- Fire mission reverted to original "wander and kill for first 8 steps"
 - Tasks aren't dropped until a delay, plus zoning out of instance
 
- (and another tiny delay)
 
- Updated Key for Fear Floor
 
- Quest bugs out if you get ahead of the spider.
 
- Script attempts to keep you behind spider at all times
 - Forces /removelev at each step.
 
- As @battlenet and others suggested, levitate can impact some of the trigger spots.
 
Have manually passed the Oasis of Fear mission - but not understood what triggers each step enough to automate.
Any insights would help. But I'll be running.
Seems like
- "Investigate the Spider's Nest"
 
- Move over a loc trigger near middle of room
 - "Destroy the hatching spinechiller egg sacs"
 
- One specific sac at a time is active. It is not "..._sac00" in order. Seems random
 - Do twice and kill adds
 
Will continue just running key tasks and missions - unclear what is EQ bugs, variant quest steps, or script issues.
- Updates and tweaks for various tasks and missions
 - Oasis of Fire mission appears to have changed - or a variant exists I hadn't seen before
 
- Continuing to run and see which it is
 - The following quests bug out on me 50% of the time - at an EQ level, not script

- Have not successfully gotten key on live, but on test it bugs out
