Clicky potions added

Added some clicky potions for dps.
Crystal Mana Tonic: Decrease the mana cost of spells by 5% => The more mana you have the more dps you'll do.
Restless Focus: 12k Sympathetic DD proc (Poison resist) => Works on Nukes / Dots, can trigger on each portion of Summer's (1 cast can be 2 procs)

Healing

Added some healing and curing to the ini.
