when i start my KA it crashes soon after start. here is a pic of ther error message

My kissassist crashes upon starting can i get some help please

I still cant see the NPC's in the zone I had them up once but when i zoned it all left

I have the correct buttons clicked but the map reset worked nicely

I cant see NPC's on the map I have tried /mapfilter NPC and it still dosent work what can i do different?
