This what I use. I rarely need to tab out. I make sure my driver toon has all the buttons it needs to control 6 toons from 1 screen. Using a screen this big helps with the extra buttons you may need. Hint use Button Master.

It would be a huge mistake to replace the SK with a Warrior. You need to make sure that SK has the right gear and Augs it needs. And please do not replace the shammy with a cleric. If you feel the need to replace one of your char, I would take the zerker out and put the cleric in.
