Update on this one, the issue came back and unsure why. Basically what is happening is anytime a character summons an item ( Warrior: Ethereal Arrows, Mage: Rod of Transvergence...etc ) if that toon is not in the foreground, it will not auto inventory the item. I tried to use Lootly...
