Yes you could of course be banned just having MQ2 loaded on some toons.. Plus the GM , can /will check up IP and BIlling info's when he bans a toon.. Sometimes you are lucky and only a toon gets banned, other times , they can ban all toons on the same IP//Billing (use game cards simpler) . And...

Little bit harder than that, its the last byte of the movement packet that goes different when you are speeding (over your normal means), so u have to change the last byte of the mv packet.

well since last patch on Euro servers on wow, there is actually a distance checks when you warp and you get d/C trying...offcourse Blizzard can afford banning people left and right with their huge customer pool. as for detecting change in delta to catch the warpers, they could do it for a time...

Depends of the level of the character, I ve run a macro on this with my custom plugins, basically it's 30% xp every 30 mnts..so 2 levels/3 hours..however as soon as u get up in levels the number start decreasing drastically...but a very nice macro from level 1 to 40..
