Well... that was a headache. Looked through a certain someone's premade ini's and found my problem. If anyone else runs into items that have buffs with different names, you need to use the Dual tag. Like so... Buffs2=Blunt Axe|Summon|Blunt Axe|100 Buffs3=Traveler's Boots|Dual|Traveler Boots...
