i never asked "what people are doing in Test", but why you should upgrade Test? its the preparation of Live?

I have an other question : why RG or MQ team was upgrading MQ for test server? If DB wants to ban us we dont need to work for them. I know a lot of us boxers was testing the game, a lot... Its something we dont have to do if DB doesnt respect us.
