My girlfriend and I play on The Rathe some. It's the only server where I've gotten a tell pointedly asking if if I was boxing. I've always told them straight up that I have 2, she has 2 and the other ones are mercs. Kept it friendly and they left me alone. I don't recommend bringing out an...
Recently I took my bard out to do something while dragging a healer mercenary along. I checked parses later out of habit and I noticed that the healer mercenary was firing riposte and as a result triggered Troubadour's Synergy. I was amused
If you're maining a Bard at 86 you get your first Barrier which will proc a 4~ second stun. Build your Bard speccing like any other plate tank and be sure to have a healer. Max out shield block and equip the best shield that you can.
My girlfriend just reminded me that her SK has a hot key that announces in group, guild, shout and OOC “BARD DEATH!!!” And that the game wouldn’t be any fun without a Bard dying occasionally
I'm biased since my long time main is a Bard but I'd make a PAL/DRU/ENC/BRD/WIZ/MAG. Between your PAL and a DRU healing shouldn't be a problem. IoG can FE can clash and need to be timed but otherwise they're just find.
That's just me though.
I'll probably get it on one account to check things out and decide if I want to do any more. I want to see if that Persona thing is going to suck as bad as I think it will
I don't have any parses but Druids also have DD's and Bards have both DD and DoT so anything that synergizes those will also affect them. I fairly certain that CLR/SHM/DRU synergy will affect Bard songs as well
Never just park the Bard, use RGMerc at the very least. Having mained a Bard for years I tend to drive mine most of the time and keep everything on cooldown as much as possible
