Live or Test? I have flipped the instance 17 times on Live this morning, I'm unable to recreate the problem. Are you by chance running Windows 10 or 11 HOME version?

It shows that you are on the latest build, no update needed. I'll do some review locally, in the meantime: Are you bound in the zone where the instance is obtained? Are you running any mercs in your group? Are toons ending up in pick zones?
