I've done hundreds of hours in HF, the mesh for HF was updated to cater for those hundreds of hours of findings. Please be absolutely certain you have the latest mesh files. Also, let me know what classes are run by what automation and share your MQ2Grind.ini with me. Thanks

That screen shot is not helpful. What would be helpful is understanding where the other toons are, how far away, what automation is controlling them. Them on top of that the grind configuration for each class that is misbehaving. Thanks!

Looking into the code, I suspect it thinks you may be dead and hovering. By chance are you running any custom UI or the new EQ UI engine?

The only other thing I'd like to ask is if you try the HaF grind instead of pallomen and let me know if that works, or any other instance for that matter.

I'm not sure as I don't use rgmercs. I included rgmerc configuration based on what @Derple provided.
