I always hit 105 then max AA's unless it's an SK/Pal or something with a ton of AA's then I do 100 max AA's, then hit 105 and max the rest. Pretty sure it's a matter or preference but that's just my two cp!

Heroic gear for now will be fine. There are a few quests in the dream for Augs and such. If you want to group you might have a hard time finding one until 95 plus unless you join a guild right off the bat.

I've recently (in the past week) transferred three toons all with TBM to acounts without TBM. Not sure about 105s but they were 50 to 60 chars on TLP.

Swap that mage for an SK or pally and then add a cleric for the 4th. Losing mages DPS will be a small loss compared to gaining a real tank and healer plus you still have your Wiz and they blow everything up.
