I have a question....why does he wait so long to slow mobs? Ancient Bargain and nonsensical spells will be cast before he'll slow a mob with this. In fact he doesn't slow a mob until they're around 56% health. I have watched many encounters, and this is 100% of the time. This(slowing the mob)...
