Sorry for the lack of updates! The good news is that after posting this and visiting my meditation chamber / commode I struck upon a solution. In kissassist.mac I simply set the buffblock slots value to 30. This has fixed the issue.

Is it possible to have a Phinigel/Agnarr toon loaded alongside live toons running MQ2? I read in another thread about using /unload at char select, but EQ crashes whenever I load Phinigel with MQ2 in the background. Am I missing something that I need to turn off on MQ2? Thanks!
