I just trimmed the fat (i.e. consenting and waiting for rez loop with 'yes' click etc.) out of wait4rez.inc and turned it into a macro to accomplish the same thing. It works great and I use it daily.

This guy is a beast. I have yet to get the better of him. One thing I would recomend however is the plugin that prevents movement speed and g-flux effects. I think it is called preventspeed, but I am not certain.

I have one written for Droga. Pretty safe little macro, kills 3 spawns every 20 minutes. I have left it up unattended for over a week when I went out of town, came back safe and sound. I will see if I can get it posted here this weekend if you are interested.

the problem with ghosting is that its highly detectable by the number of times you warp. You're warping every time you attack so you deal damage and the mob doesn't. I don't know if it will be fixed, but personally I wouldn't use it anyways.
