i have tried /who and nothing happens

i am having some problems with getting the macro to work. i will start mq2 and i get the icon in the start bar...then i start eq and log on to my account. when i get to the char select screen there is a mq2 window but i cant type nething in it....then when i sign onto a char. there is no mq2...

ok i found a link and have dl it to my comp, what do i do with the mq2 now? do i extract the files to my eq folder? and if so to what part?

what about the release folder? is that a folder in my eq folder or does it come with mq2? or do i have to make it?

i went to that link and when i tried to dl the file it came up as an internet error page. is there another link?

i am wanting to use the skill lvl macro but it says that it wont work unless i have mq2? what is mq2 and where do i get? also it says that i extract the files to my release folder, where is the release folder?
