Thanks overlord, tho this number only leads you to CS person, they will tell you to email the [email protected]. I personally have never heard of anyone getting a hold of a person at sony on the phone to talk about the account bannings. Thanks for the info tho.

Does anyone know what is the phone # at sony to contact them about banned accounts? I was under the impression you could never talk to a person about banned accounts only about CS stuff (password reset, billing etc..)

I think for sake of closure you might considering emailing them asking them why you were banned. If they banned you for warping etc, might play innocent and say your not the guilty party (your account was hacked etc..) If its for something more serious then they might not feel so generous to...

I think in the case of suspended it *might* not say. I have never been suspended before. Reason i think it doesn't say is because a suspended account is just for a certain time frame thus doesn't effect billing. A banned account is automatically turning off all billing for that account...
